Strengthen safety awareness and enhance self-protection and self-rescue capabilities.
——Fire Safety Training in the First Half of 2022 On the morning of January 17, 2022, Chongqing Shuaihao Machinery Co., Ltd. invited Instructor Deng Maonan from the Chongqing Limin Fire Prevention Center to conduct fire safety training for all company employees. The training covered a fire safety lecture, on-site drills, and practical instruction on the proper use of firefighting equipment such as fire extinguishers, gas masks, and fire blankets. Through this training, employees gained a solid understanding of basic fire safety principles and how to operate firefighting tools, while also learning essential emergency response procedures—such as how to report a fire, how to carry out initial firefighting efforts, and how to protect themselves. Following the lecture, at…

A Brief Discussion on the Impact of Pressure Vessel Qualification on a Company’s Future Development
At present, the pressure vessel industry has reached a highly mature stage of development. Key characteristics of the sector at this stage include: a large number of certified manufacturers—numbering in the thousands—and intense price competition in the mid- and low-end product segments, particularly among companies located along the coastal regions of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Shandong, and other areas.

Introduction to Conventional Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers
A conventional air‑cooled heat exchanger is a device that uses ambient air as the cooling medium, which flows across the exterior of finned tubes to cool or condense the high‑temperature process fluid inside. It goes by various names, such as finned‑fan heat exchanger, air‑type finned heat exchanger, and finned‑tube air‑cooled heat exchanger; it is also referred to as an air cooler or an air‑cooled heat exchanger, collectively known as an air cooler. Originally, water was considered the more ideal cooling medium, so traditional industrial cooling systems typically employed water. Since the 1920s, however, air cooling has gained increasing attention, and in certain applications, water cooling has gradually been replaced by air cooling. This shift can be attributed primarily to the following factors:

How to clean a shell-and-tube heat exchanger
Long-term operation of shell-and-tube heat exchangers can lead to fouling by scale, resulting in reduced efficiency, increased energy consumption, and a shortened service life. If scale is not removed promptly, the equipment may face costly repairs, unplanned shutdowns, or even replacement. For years, conventional cleaning methods—such as mechanical techniques (scraping, brushing), high-pressure water jetting, and chemical cleaning (acid pickling)—have proven problematic: they often fail to completely remove scale and other deposits, while also causing corrosion to the equipment. Residual acids can induce secondary corrosion or under-deposit corrosion, ultimately necessitating equipment replacement. Moreover, the waste liquids generated during cleaning are toxic, requiring substantial investment for wastewater treatment. Enterprises…
