Second, employees at all levels must be well-versed in and strictly adhere to workplace safety rules and operating procedures, master the safety skills required for their respective positions, and be fully aware of the hazards present in their work areas and at their posts, as well as the corresponding preventive measures and emergency response protocols. Third, production equipment must undergo regular maintenance and servicing, with detailed records kept to ensure its reliability and structural integrity; operation of equipment while it is defective is strictly prohibited.
During this training, all participants studied diligently and gained a profound understanding, recognizing that “safety is the prerequisite and foundation of all work.” Regardless of time or location, they must strictly adhere to all safety production management systems, ensuring that every task is carried out meticulously, effectively, and to the highest standard. Only with a risk awareness rooted in the principle of “one failure could lead to catastrophic consequences” can we guarantee absolutely safe operations.
