Product Description
Three-dimensional internal/external finned tubes—using a proprietary, self‑invented specialized cutting head, dedicated fixtures, and a dedicated machine tool—undergo precision incising on both the inner and outer walls of round tubes, thereby forming three-dimensional internal/external finned tubes with needle fins or fish‑scale fins and grooves arranged in an orderly pattern.
Its processing parameters are as follows: Inner diameter: 6–250 mm; Tube length: 0.5–12 m; Wall thickness ≥ 0.6 mm; Rib height: 0.3–7.0 mm; Rib density: 3,000–24,000 ribs/m.
Features: Innovative structure—zero-contact thermal resistance, achieved through mechanical cutting; flexible adjustment of fin parameters, including three-dimensional fin arrangement, fin density, and fin height.
Wide applicability: suitable for industries such as power, steel, and chemical processing; compatible with tubing materials including copper, aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, and titanium.
