Product Description
An explosion-proof axial fan is a specially designed fan primarily used for conveying flammable, explosive, and non-corrosive gases.
Scope of application:
Widely used for ventilation and air exchange in general factories, warehouses, offices, and residential spaces, as well as for efficient heat dissipation in heating systems.
It can also be installed in series at intervals along a longer exhaust duct to increase the pressure within the duct.
The motor can be removed and used as a free-standing fan.
Installation and Precautions:
Prior to installation, thoroughly inspect the fan for any damage or deformation; if damage is found, it must be repaired before proceeding with installation.
During installation, be sure to check that all connections are secure and that the clearance between the blades and the fan housing is uniform and free of contact.
After installation is complete, a test must be conducted, and the system may only be put into formal service once it is operating normally.
