Product Description

　　Product Overview:
　　A closed-circuit cooling tower is an evaporative heat-exchange device that cools the fluid inside its tubes by utilizing the heat absorbed during the partial evaporation of spray water on the exterior of the coil.
　　Working principle:
　　High‑temperature water enters the condenser coil, while cooling water is pumped by a circulation pump to the spray device above the evaporator coil. Nozzles then evenly distribute the water over the surface of the condenser coil, forming a thin water film. The refrigerant inside the coil exchanges heat with the water and air outside the coil, and as the cooling water evaporates, it absorbs the latent heat released during the refrigerant’s condensation. An axial fan forces air rapidly through the condenser coil, creating a negative pressure zone that enhances evaporation and promptly removes the humid, hot air from the equipment. The moisture contained in this humid, hot air is captured and separated in a dehydrator. Any unevaporated cooling water drips back into the water tank, where it is recirculated by the pump, while any water lost through evaporation is automatically replenished by a float valve.
