Chongqing Shuaihao Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 with a registered capital of RMB 4 million. The company currently employs over 40 staff members, including more than 10 mid- and senior-level engineers and doctoral professionals, as well as over 30 skilled specialists in welding, riveting, and fitting. It specializes in the manufacturing of energy‑related equipment such as storage tanks, heat‑transfer vessels, and separation vessels—covering installation, repair, and modification services. Additionally, the company is dedicated to the design, production, modification, and maintenance of air coolers for oilfield, chemical, natural gas, and shale gas projects, as well as air coolers for natural gas compressors, generator coolers, and various heat‑exchanging, heat‑dissipating, and cooling devices and auxiliary equipment. The company also manufactures high‑efficiency heat‑exchange components, including internally finned tubes, needle‑punched tubes, and copper–aluminum and steel–aluminum DR finned tubes. Its products are widely used across industries such as petroleum, chemicals, natural gas, metallurgy, food processing, shipbuilding, textiles, power generation, and construction machinery.
The company is a high-tech enterprise, a “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” enterprise of Chongqing Municipality, and an intellectual property‑strong enterprise in Chongqing. It is a member of HTRI and holds three invention patents and 31 utility‑model patents. The company possesses Class D pressure vessel manufacturing qualifications, has obtained multiple certifications including the ASME “U” stamp, as well as certifications for quality, environmental management, occupational health and safety, and intellectual property. Additionally, it has been awarded numerous honors, such as AAA‑level credit enterprise, AAA‑level credit rating unit, AAA‑level model unit for honoring contracts and upholding credibility, AAA‑level model unit for quality and service integrity, AAA‑level trustworthy supplier, and AAA‑level demonstration unit for ethical business practices.
Since its establishment, the company has collaborated with numerous leading compressor manufacturers. Its independently developed vertical hydrogen sulfide‑resistant air coolers and ultra‑high‑pressure air coolers are widely deployed in desert gas fields. The heat‑transfer tubes used in these air coolers feature steel–aluminum composite tubes and innovative internal–external finned tubes, offering, compared with conventional coolers, a larger heat‑transfer area per unit volume, superior heat‑transfer performance, higher operating temperatures, enhanced cooling efficiency, improved seismic resistance, and extended service life.
